– 351M V-8 Rebuilt and Bored .040
– L6 Automatic Transmission
– Less than 600 Miles Since Restoration
Sold originally in Laurel, Montana, this is a documented three owner truck, with current ownership exceeding 18 years. The current owner
subjected this very solid truck to a frame-off restoration.
Frame and Suspension:
All frame and suspension components are new and powder coated. Brakes were converted to disc and a new wiring harness and gas tank were installed.
The original 351M was rebuilt by Hartungs and bored .040 over. An Edelbrock High Rise Manifold was installed and is topped by a Holly 650 CMF Street Avenger Carburetor. Cooling is provided by a new aluminum radiator. Headers and tuned exhaust provides the deep rumble that garners attention when the truck approaches. The rebuilt L-6 Transmission is commanded by a Hurst Shifter.
Body and Interior
The body was professionally prepped and painted Viper Red. Both doors were meticulously refurbished and aligned with the body lines running straight and true. The interior sports the same Viper Red color with custom dash, new gauges and a tilt steering column. New carpet was installed along with upholstery featuring custom Zebra seat inserts and headliner. Tinted windows and halogen lights finish off the custom look of this awesome truck.
