1947 Frazer Manhattan

Very attractive restored example
226 cid I-6 engine
3-speed manual transmission with electric overdrive
The new Frazer won the Fashion Academy of New York Gold Medal for design achievement. Production began on May 29, 1946 and the Frazer made its public debut June 29, 1946. The Frazer used the Continental Red Seal 226 cid “Supersonic” L-head six powerplant, which reached 115 hp.  This magnificently restored Manhattan was completed in the ’90’s and has been freshened with a new exhaust system, new battery, new spark plugs, points and new carburetor.-120 HP Straight 6 engine.
This 1947 Frazer Manhattan has been finished in medium gray with a matching interior. Significant attention was paid to the chrome and other brightwork, with the seats, door panels, and headliner all finished in a Mohair-like material to replicate the original. The dash is very tidy with factory gauges and chrome trim. It is powered by the Continental inline 6-cylinder engine and 3-speed manual transmission with electric overdrive. The car includes the original Owners Manual and original 1947 license plate.
