1969 Dodge Charger R/T Custom
VIN: MA34038

This stunning car is truly a One of One! It's not just a V10 Viper engine in a Charger, but a complete 2004 Dodge Viper chassis that's been lengthened 21-3/4" and "wrapped" with a true 1969 Charger. If you will, imagine lifting the Viper body off the frame and replacing it with the iconic 69 Charger RT body. All components including the frame, wiring, 6 speed transmission, front and rear independent suspension, radiator and coolers, wheels and tires and rear axel are all Viper.

The Montana owner presents this car at auction NO RESERVE after 5 years of use after car was completed. This car is not a trailer queen, rather a tried, and user friendly car for cruising and right at home in the winners circle at car shows.

BODY:  The car features a modified Dodge B Body with hand formed widening on the fenders for rub free use of the suspension and the wide Viper wheels and tires. The Body work and Paint on this car are Show Car quality and coated with ceramic wax coating. The paint job on this car is second to none in Deep Black Glasurit 22-line single-stage urethane. Topping the professionally applied paint is 12 Coats of Clear!

VIPER COCKPIT:  The interior offers all the modern convenience and comfort of the Dodge Viper. The car features a custom dash and console as well as custom leather seats. The custom interior is a very clean install, fitted to mold the Viper dash into the Charger interior. The bucket seats are stitched with "Chiper" on the back red seats, playing on the Charger/Viper combination. The center tunnel goes from front to back and houses the exhaust. The soft black carpet matches the stock Charger headliner, like it just rolled out of the factory.  It has Viper heat and air conditioning, power steering, power windows and sound system.

MECHANICAL:  Under the hood, the engine and firewall are set back, resulting in basically a Mid-Engine Car. It's powered by an 8.3-liter 7,990cc (488ci) V10 overhead valve engine that is naturally aspirated. The engine is stock in build specifications other than oil flow upgrades as reliability and usability was owners priority. This engine was blue printed, balanced, and put together by a well-known Montana machinists that builds NHRA engines. Underneath you'll find a custom exhaust and mechanical assembly.

CHASSIS:  Underneath the Charger is the lengthened Viper undercarriage that matches the B-body of the Charger. The chassis and extended drivetrain is all 2004 Generation II Viper from there.  With the engine basically in the center of the car this custom ride handles like a dream. Suspension was tuned for a lighter smoother ride than the Viper was known for. The fortunate driver will experience absolutely no tire rub.  this car is set up for pro touring rather than track racing.
