Recently acquired from an older gentleman, this car is being offered at auction. Unfortunately, limited history is known on the car. The odometer shows 27,600 miles. And while the miles can not be confirmed as original, some aspects of the car lend credence to the possibility.
The interior of the car is original and is in very good condition. The brake and gas pedal show limited wear, same with the seat upholstery. The door panels are in very good condition as is the headliner. The car has bucket seats in the front with a center console, and a bench seat in the rear.
The underside of the car shows clean and the trunk presents in excellent condition. Under the hood shows as original, with factory Air Conditioning present on the car. The motor numbers show a 455cid V-8 motor that runs strong. The dual exhaust provides an excellent sound both at idle and when driving. Dual fans have been added under the hood to benefit cooling of the engine.
Having had a repaint approximately 5 years ago, the body and paint presents very well. The body panels are very straight and the body lines are clean with correct gaps. The Vinyl Top appears to have been replaced along with the repaint and maintains a good shine. There is one area, highlighted in pictures, with a bubble under the vinyl top. All stainless and chrome appears original to the car and shows very well.
